I would like to report a resident who puts their loose bags of trash on the curbside (not in their bin). Residents fail to follow the city ordinance as well as our HOA community rules which states that trash is to be in the appropriate storage bin. The trash bags were not picked up by the trash collectors as they made their rounds. The residents pulled their bins back into their yards, however, didn't have the decency to remove the loose bags from the curbside. Now the bags are still there and who knows how long they will remain (most likely until next pick up). This matter, in general, has been brought up with the HOA board and no action has transpired, therefore, I would like to make an official compliant. These residents should be held responsible for their lack of compliance. This is not acceptable.
