Appears some type of oil poured into storm drain system. Please forward to environmental engineer. On 11/19/20 at 1320 Environmental responded to 311 request for the dumping of cooking oil into a drop inlet. Environmental spoke to a resident located at 347 Circuit lane that was outside upon arrival. The resident was unaware of the incident and didn't noticed anyone disposing of cooking oil. The resident was given a business card and advised to contact environmental if it continues. The cooking oil couldn't be recovered from the drop inlet.
