A property maintenance inspector will investigate the property within 4 business days. For tall grass, the homeowner is given 10 working days from the day an inspector comes out to conduct their initial inspection. The inspector comes back out to re-inspect the property after 10 working days. If the violation has not been corrected, the inspector sends a request to the Sheriff's Workforce team to cut the grass. Once Sheriff Workforce Personnel mows the grass, a lien will be placed on the property for the services provided.
