Litter/Illegal Dumping at 140 Cesare Ct
Bulk trash and full trash cans (both) left curbside at 139 Cesare Court on 3 June when tenants departed. Next scheduled bulk pickup is 14 June 2018. This is a violation of city ordinance which dictate how far in advance trash cans and articles can be placed curbside prior to scheduled pick up days Trash left behind is a safety, health concern as well as an eyesore to the neighborhood. Property owner/landlord is aware of mess left behind as he was present upon their departure. He made no effort or requirement to have tenants remove.
