Failure to maintain property, Mosquito hazard. The city's mosquito control program conducted a survey around 6 or more homes on 52nd and 51st street to locate the source of a massive mosquito bloom. The source was a water filled tarp at 312 52nd St that covers a mildewed sofa sitting in dirt. They emptied the tarp. The city sprayed the following evening as did I in my own back yard. It rained Friday. On Saturday I took a look at this tarp. It's again filled with thousands of mosquitoes and larvae.
