From 41st all the way up to 50th street in and around several of Newport News Shipbuilding parking lot entrances, there are broken and crumbling pieces of asphalt, exposed concrete and potholes. These wreak havoc on vehicles and are quite an eyesore. Please address these and surprised that the roads weren't looked over prior to the One City Marathon.
