This fence is a city owned fence. When the sound wall was placed, me and my neighbor gave the city permission to place this fence and connect it to our fence. We are grateful to the city for doing this as it has count down on foot traffic and pollution in the area. Please replace the broken picket with a new one and make the fence whole again. We do not have a HOA in this neighborhood.
