The old bank building 96 Main Street across from Kismet Bistro at 99 Main Street 23601 had a city bench just like the one in front of the Bistro. It has been stolen. The homeless are once again sleeping there, and yes there is a correlation if history has repeated itself. Please replace, fasten to the ground a new bench.
