Drain is overflowing in culdesac. I saw a city storm drain truck drive through when it wasn't raining, and the drain is ok. But please send him through when it's heavily raining because that's when it gets overwhelmed. Please ask him to stop and see me so I can explain what's going on. I'm home today.
