Hole opened up in yard near the storm drain grate by the street. This hole has been filled in twice and with the last several heavy rains, it washes away all of the fill dirt. It had been covered by a construction barrel for a couple of years. Within the past couple of weeks, that barrel was removed and now there is a large hole that grows with every rain until filled in. Please help.
