Our Stormwater division went out to assess the area and determined that the roadside ditch needs to be regraded. They have opened a work order to regrade your roadside ditch. There is a list for ditch regrades and it could be a lengthy amount of time before the ditch is regraded. We ask that you give us a call during each rain event if the ditch is not draining properly or it begins to flood. During this time a ditch flooding request will be submitted and someone from our Stormwater division will respond to investigate.
