Downed Cox Cable and Verizon Telephone lines,crossing the street at the intersection of Ferguson Ave and Raleigh Rd. Only thing alerting motorists is a piece of yellow fire line do not cross safety tape. Needs traffic cones and barricades with road closed signs at this intersection and also River Rd an Raleigh Rd. This is a very unsafe situation and traffic hazard. This has been like this since Friday June 16th, at approximately 6pm.
