Ferguson Ave. between Hopkins St. and Raleigh Rd. Is blocked off with Fire line Do Not Cross yellow tape due to a large tree down along with downed Cox Cable and Verizon Telephone lines. The City of Newport News Park Rangers and tree division has removed the large fallen tree out of the street. Cars have been driving under the tape. This is a safety hazard. Needs traffic cones and street sign barricades at Hopkins St and Ferguson Ave. Also at Raleigh Rd and Ferguson Ave intersection. Help!!!
