For tall grass; the homeowner is given 10 working days from the day an inspector comes out to conduct their initial inspection. The inspector comes back out to re-inspect the property after the 10 working days. If the violation has not been corrected, the inspector sends a request to the Sheriff's Workforce Team to cut the grass. The Sheriff's Workforce Team will come out to the property to cut the grass, and once cut a lien will be placed on the property for the services provided.
