Whoever is driving bulk pickup today needs some extra training or something. This is the 3rd time today that I have been outside and heard him continuously honking the horn. I don't know what he is honling about. There are no other drivers on the street. If he is honking for someone to come out of their home and move their car, they probably aren't home. He just keeps on that horn. These streets haven't changed in over 100 years. Hilton shouldn't be a surprise. He needs to stop.
