Thank you for attaching the picture. The bulk was not collected because we do not collect boxes containing Styrofoam or any other items inside curbside. Cardboard boxes placed out for bulk pick up must be empty and flattened. You can place the Styrofoam and any other debris inside of the boxes in your trash container. We are not doing any courtesy collections at this time so you will need to remove the pile from the street. You can take your pile to the Recovery Operations Center located at 520 Atkinson Blvd; hours of operation are Monday - Saturday from 8am to 4pm. Proof of Newport News residency must be presented at the window to dispose of any material at the Recovery Operations Center.
