Thank you for the photo. Due to the current temperatures, the pile is more than likely frozen. Due to the road conditions, Streets Maintenance Division had to suspend all loose leaf collection. When there is snow and ice on the roadways, Streets Maintenance Division is responsible for snow removal on public roads within the City as identified in the Snow Removal Plan at https://www.nnva.gov/862/Seasonal-Snow-Removal.
