Your complaint has been submitted to Codes Compliance; reference number is ESR-INOP-92. A Codes Inspector will be out to investigate within 4 business days. If a violation is found; the homeowner is given 30 working days to remove the inoperable vehicle by either placing, it in the garage or repairing it; from the day an inspector comes out to conduct their initial inspection. The inspector will be out to re-inspect after the 30 days to see if the owner has corrected the violation. If it hasn't been corrected the owner can be issued a summons or can be given an extension at the Inspector's discretion. It is a lengthy process and could take a few months.
