Your complaint has been submitted to Codes Compliance; reference number is ESR-WEEDS-176. A Codes Inspector will be out to investigate within 4 business days. For tall grass, the property owner is given 10 working days from the day an inspector comes out to conduct their initial inspection. The inspector will return to re-inspect the property after the 10 working days. If the violation has not been corrected, the inspector may grant an extension or will arrange for the grass to be cut. Once cut, a lien will be placed on the property for the services provided.
