Reported this issue last week that our curb does not fully drain due to a grading issue, and we were sent a street sweeper. While we do appreciate the street sweeper, debris in the gutter is not the cause of our issue. As is detailed in the picture, the water slows to a trickle once it reaches the parts of the curb that are heaving. With construction on Saunders they are flushing water down our street, and it is not fully draining. This has been an issue for years that is now worse.
