The green arrow for the left hand turn into the OLD Lidl should be disabled and made a flashing yellow only. At all times of day, that green arrow comes on any time the light on Warwick turns red to allow Yeardley to enter, even if there are no cars in the turn lane to go into the old Lidl; then the green arrow stays on for a long time -- with no one needing it. I get that the green arrow was probably implemented when the Lidl was active, but please turn it off.
