Submitted PM complaint, ESR-TRASH-229. This is a continuation of excess trash spillage into the cul-de-sac. When the trash doesn't fit in the garbage bin, it gets placed on the ground. Then it collects and no one comes to pick it up for up to months. It is unsightly, unsafe, attracts animals, interrupts the flow of traffic, and it interrupts the residents peace of mind.
