Your concern has been submitted to Codes Compliance; reference number is ESR-INOP-154. A Codes Inspector will be out to investigate within 4 business days. If a violation is found, the homeowner is given 30 working days from the day an inspector comes out to conduct their initial inspection to remove the inoperable vehicle by either placing it in the garage or repairing it. The inspector will be out to re-inspect after the 30 days to see if the owner has corrected the violation. If it hasn't been corrected, the owner may be issued a summons or may be given an extension at the Inspector's discretion. It is a lengthy process and could take a few months.
