Since this is a small pile of trash and we ask homeowners to secure their trash and debris in trash bags, it is now the homeowner's responsibility to clean up any debris that has spilled from a trash cart onto the street while it was being emptied from the green trash cart. The drivers are not allowed to leave their trucks unattended per policy and procedure.
